This course aims to teach and assess boat handling and seamanship in powerboats. The course has a classroom element covering boats, engines, safety equipment, emergency actions, charts, tides and weather forecasts. The practical training takes you through high and low speed manoeuvres, anchoring, man overboard and much more. The course is assessed and can be used to obtain the International Certificate of Competence.

Cost: £249 per person*
Certification: RYA G20 powerboat logbook,manual and Level 2 certificate. The International Certificate of Competence is available to successful candidates from the RYA (free to members of the RYA).

Course fee own boat: £240 (for group min 1; max 3 persons) + £30.00 per person for manual, logbook and certification.
