Drysuit Speciality

For those wishing to dive in the UK throughout the year a dry suit is a must. Under the guidance of a PADI Dry suit Speciality instructor you will be introduced to the advantages of using a dry suit through two open water dives and will learn the knowledge and skills required to plan and perform a dry suit dive. Time will be spent in the classroom where the different types of suits, valves and under suits will be discussed. You will also be taught basic dry suit care and maintenance.

Duration: 1 - 1½ days

1 ½ days £140.00 + course pack

Experience required: Open Water Certification or equivalent.

Equipment required: Full diving equipment

Requirements: Sign medical waiver, + show proof of qualification .

To qualify for the one day course, you must have used a

drysuit during your open water course or have logged experience of drysuit diving, verified by your instructor. Otherwise the 1½ day course applies.

Qualification attainable: PADI Speciality Course recognition (accreditation

towards Advanced Open Water/Master Scuba Diver qualification)
