The Divemaster course is your first step to becoming a professional diving educator. This modular course refines your diving skills and improves your theoretical knowledge. It enables you to plan, organise and lead diving activities and assist an instructor in the teaching of divers worldwide.
Duration: 6 days approx dependant on students ability (courses run on internship basis and are normally run over a duration of 3 months)
Experience Required: Rescue Diver Certification (or equivalent) 20 dives completed prior to course commencement. 60 dives completed before certification can be awarded.
Equipment required: Full equipment.
Equipment hire: Not available, student to supply own equipment.
Requirements: Must have current first aid certification, Student to purchases training materials as recommended by PADI.
Qualification attainable: PADI Dive Master Qualification enabling you to dive to a maximum depth of 40m and assist a qualified instructor in the teaching of trainee divers.
Cost: £460.00 - duration of 6 days - £90.00 per extra day |
