Delivery Period:
Following receipt and clearance of payment all purchase(s) will be posted within three working days. All parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post. No signature is required and we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of parcels once they have left our warehouse. Other delivery methods are available which do require a signature and can be tracked. Please contact us for details. If the postman is unable to delivery your parcel, a card will be left and for a limited time you will be able to collect your parcel from your local sorting office.
Postal Charges:
All purchases over £40.00 qualify for free delivery.
All purchases under £40.00 will be subject to a standard postal charge of £3.50

Payment Methods: We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (SagePay).
Online Orders & Card Security:
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (SagePay) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Refunds:
Customers have up to 10 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
Non Arrival of Goods:
Please allow up to three working days for your goods to arrive. You will have 28 days to inform us after this time if your order (full or part) has failed to arrive. We will be unable to refund payment after this time.
Returns Policy:
You may return new, unworn or unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging and where relevant, with their original hygiene slips in place. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error; otherwise you are responsible for all postage costs. To ensure we receive goods we suggest you return your parcel by recorded/special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel posted by you but not received by us. Please ensure that your return parcel is packed and sealed securely (in the original packaging if possible).
When you receive products you have ordered, we recognise that you will want to try them on to ensure the fit and feel. Where applicable, please wear underwear beneath the garment you are trying on.
Please remember, we will only issue you with a refund if the returned product is in a fully re-saleable condition.
Some of our products have swing-tickets attached which explain something specific about the item. Please Do not remove these swing-tickets. If they are found to have been removed, we will not offer a refund.
Please ensure you complete the returns form which is included in your parcel. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.
All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they are received at our distribution centre. Allow up to thirty (30) days for the credit to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Website. Goods purchased in our shop do not come under the distance selling regulations.

Seven Day Cooling Off Period
The Distance Selling Regulations state that you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your order. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods only, minus cost of delivery. You must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. We recommend you use a postal service that requires a signature.
Environmental Impact statement.
Conserving the environment and not wasting energy is for us a business priority. We have sourced packaging which can either by re-cycled or re-used to reduce our environmental impact. If your purchase arrives wrapped in plastic, this will be because that's how we received it from our suppliers. We routinely return all unnecessary packaging to our suppliers in the hope that they will take the hint and reduce the amount of packaging they use. We no longer supply carrier bags in our shop. Cardboard and paper waste is re-cycled.
